Privacy notice

Electro Mechanical Solution (EMS) LLC (EMS) uses the contact and project information you provide to assess your enquiry, prepare a response and support the requested products or services.

Information we receive

Our enquiry form collects your name, company (if provided), email, phone, city, service requirement, project details and optional PDF attachment. It also records submission time, page, language and campaign attribution where available.

Handling your enquiry

Enquiries are stored in our protected lead system and notifications are sent to EMS’s authorised recipients, managed by its administrator. Cloudflare provides hosting, storage and bot protection; Resend processes staff notifications and a branded acknowledgement sent to your email address when configured. These providers may process information outside Egypt.

Spam protection and review

We use Cloudflare Turnstile, submission limits and content checks to reduce spam and irrelevant requests. A hashed network identifier is used temporarily for rate limiting. Suspected irrelevant enquiries may be reviewed or rejected. Please contact us directly if a genuine enquiry is blocked.

Contact click counts

We count selections of WhatsApp, phone and email links to understand monthly enquiry activity. Records contain the selected channel, page path, language and time, without contact details or a persistent visitor identifier. A temporary hashed network identifier limits abuse. These counts indicate clicks, not completed calls or messages.

Analytics and cookies

When you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics measures site visits and events such as successful enquiries and technical-sheet downloads. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and message content are not sent as analytics event parameters. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Essential security tools may operate without optional analytics.

Newsletter registration is optional and separate from a product enquiry. Contact info@egyptems.com to unsubscribe.

Your information

Access is restricted to authorised staff. Information is retained as needed to handle enquiries and business obligations, then removed according to EMS’s retention practices. To request access, correction or deletion, or ask about retention, email info@egyptems.com.
